Consultation Booking Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your requested consultation date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable, except where Concierge Legal & Migration Solutions is unable to accommodate the consultation within 30 days of the client’s preferred or booked date.
- In-person consultations are limited and available only on selected dates, in specified cities, and at advertised times. Availability is published in advance and subject to change.
- Consultations are advisory in nature and based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking. Outcomes or visa results cannot be guaranteed.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Failure to attend a confirmed consultation may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
- Confidentiality applies to all consultations, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
