How Concierge handles personal information.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Concierge Legal & Migration Solutions (“we”, “us” or “our”). Our website address is https://www.concierge-migration.com/. Privacy enquiries may be sent to connect@concierge-migration.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company and position information, countries of interest, enquiry details, correspondence, consultation records, billing information and information required to assess or perform an agreed service.

Please do not submit passports, identity documents, health information, criminal records or other highly sensitive information through the initial website enquiry form.

3. How information is collected

Information may be collected directly from you, from a person authorised by you, through this website, during consultations, through professional referrals and from public or official sources where lawful and relevant.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a matter falls within scope, conduct suitability or conflict checks, provide agreed services, communicate with authorised professionals, administer billing and records, comply with law and protect legitimate business and security interests.

5. Disclosure and professional coordination

Subject to authority and professional obligations, information may be disclosed to licensed lawyers, registered migration agents, accountants, government bodies, technology providers and other professionals required for the matter. Where another professional is independently engaged, that professional’s privacy terms also apply.

6. Cross-border handling

Because our work is international, information may be handled in Australia, the United States, South Africa or other countries relevant to the matter or our service providers. Reasonable steps required by applicable law are taken before cross-border disclosure.

7. Website enquiries

The website form sends submitted information to the designated practice email address. It does not create a separate public user account or a dedicated WordPress client profile. Hosting, email and security systems may retain technical or delivery records.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies required for security, administration and basic operation. If analytics or other non-essential technologies are added, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before those technologies are enabled.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No electronic system is completely secure. Information is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, professional obligations, dispute management and applicable law.

10. Access, correction and complaints

To request access or correction, withdraw a consent where applicable, or make a privacy complaint, contact connect@concierge-migration.com. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, systems or services. The current version and review date will appear on this page.
